Walking in, I expected a real bakery. Itโ€™s like a mini market with a bakery section. I donโ€™t like the mix of everything so I lost my excitement for what I came for. It genuinely was packaged and looked like grocery store baked goods. It didnโ€™t seem homemade, it felt factory made. We grabbed some cookies, a blueberry pie, a pumpkin loaf and a sticky bun. Theyโ€™re okay! Not mind blowing at all. Wouldnโ€™t trek all the way back to buy again. Made a little stop outside for some pretzels and a lemonade which also was super reasonably priced. I liked my sour cream and onion pretzel. Iโ€™ve never seen powdered before but it was pretty tasty and the lemonade wasnโ€™t overly tart or sweet. Very mellow. The sweet honey mustard was a little thick and goopy but it tastes pretty good with the original pretzel. Overall, not worth going out of your way for but I mean a little pit stop is okay.

In my opinion, this is the best bakery by far! They have an incredible selection of fresh breads, cookies, jams, pastries, Amish macaroni salad, gelato, and even a charming gift shop. There's truly a little bit of everything for everyone. One of the highlights was the goats outside that children can feed, making it a fun stop for families. The ladies who assisted me were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the restrooms were spotless, and the entire atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this bakery and can't wait to return!

We had a pretzel from Sara fayes truck outside. We got the sour cream and onion flavour and thought it was alright. The pretzel itself was good but it had a lot of clumpy flavouring powder on the outside which we didn't love. The bird in hand bakeshop had tons of goodies inside to browse, including a refrigerator section. They also had a decent selection of bulk dry stuff like sprinkles. There are goats outside for you to pet.

Canโ€™t say enough good things about the baked goods here! Whoopie pies, angel food cake, coconut cream pie and shoo fly pie- theirs has the gooey bottom. Did I mention this was all bought one visit? Lol itโ€™s very easy to get fat in this county, but youโ€™ll be happy doing it! ๐Ÿ˜‚
